File Path Drag and Drop

One of my favorite features of the Mac’s Terminal program is that I can drag and drop a desktop item into a Terminal window and have the Terminal paste the pathname of the item into the command line. This makes it very easy to work in the terminal and desktop simultaneously.

I know the drag and drop currently triggers an upload on SSH terminals, but could you at least paste the file path on the Local Console?

And maybe make it optional (drag with Option key) on other windows?

Hi Chris, I'm sorry for missing all your three posts :frowning:

Actually it was supported in elder versions, and was disabled by accident in recent refactoring.

It will be back in next update.

The drag and drop behavior has been recovered in Core Shell 3 Beta.
