Unable to access View>Customize Touch Bar

The 'Customize Touch Bar...' option under the View menu is grayed out. How can I enable it please?

The Touch Bar contains only two or three item, it has little reason to customize, so it's disabled at this moment.

Hi Jonathan, Touch Bar now customizable with Core Shell 2.2, reconnect, down/upload, reset/hard reset actions were added.
