Help proxy jumping?

Hi, I'm not very good with SSH,
Could you help me to replicate this SSH command in Core Tunnel?
ssh www-admin@production-shell.client-example-cms -J www-admin@ssh.example.io

I thought it's a proxy jump, but I can't make it work.

I think this explains it all, Jump Hosts -- Passing Through a Gateway or Two
