Using Core Tunnel on MAC Tahoe

I am trying to evaluate Core Tunnel to use on my MAC with Tahoe utilizing a Smart Card. I have the following command that works when using Terminal and I get the prompt for my Smart Card Pin but cannot do the same with Core Tunnel. I have searched the site and used AI to help configure but nothing seems to work. Here is my ssh command that works.

ssh -I /usr/lib/ssh-keychain.dylib -L 53389:myIPgoeshere:3389 myusername@mygateway.gov -N

The -I option corresponds to PKCS11Provider. Set it to:

PKCS11Provider /usr/lib/ssh-keychain.dylib

Note that PKCS11Provider is only supported in the Codinn Storet and Setapp versions. The App Store version does not support this option.
