Unable to transfer Core Tunnel App Store license to Core Tunnel Codinn Store version

Hi Yang,

I’ve followed the directions for migrating from App Store to Codinn Store, but it isn’t working.

If this makes a difference, I initially had a license through the Codinn Store, and it just expired. I had purchased an App Store license that I was planning to migrate to my Codinn Store version. I’ve deleted the Codinn Store version, deleted the folders mentioned in your article, installed the App Store version, opened it and verified it was licensed correctly, then quit and deleted it and reinstalled the Codinn Store version, but it’s not picking up the license from the App Store version.

What do I need to do? Thanks in advance for your help!

I've just had the same issue with core shell but now cancelled the Apple order and requested refund ..

Unfortunately, I've not been able to reproduce the problem on our side. In the next version, we will add more detailed logging to help us better diagnose and troubleshoot similar issues if they occur again.
