Sync Not Working after 3.10 Upgrade

After upgrading to 3.10, iCloud sync stopped working.

One Mac is running 13.6.9, the other 14.6.1.

The Mac running 14.6.1 shows Core Shell under "Apps Using iCloud". The Mac running 13.6.9 does not. Is there a macOS version dependency for the new method mentioned in the Release Notes?

I've tried the usual reinstall / reboot / toggle settings multiple times. Nothing of note in the Sync log directory.

Thanks!

Is Core Shell on macOS 13.6.9 a fresh installation?

No. Both were originally App Store then Codinn Store. That was performed on the previous Core Shell version and Sync has been working fine. It stopped working with the 3.10 update (which now has the 3.10.1 update applied).

As part of troubleshooting, both installations were changed back to App Store and then to Coddin Store. So, same process on both machines. Premium license is active on both.

macOS 14 shows Core Shell under "Apps Using iCloud", macOS 13 does not.

I'll investigate this issue, thanks a lot for reporting. Please use automatic backups for now, point backup folder to a cloud synced directory, and double click the backup file to import synced profiles manually.

Sounds good ..... Thank You.

Version 3.10.4 should fix the iCloud sync issue on macOS 13, please upgrade and try again:

  1. Re-enable iCloud sync
  2. Add or delete a profile to trigger synchronization
  3. Wait some minutes to let data to be synchronized across your Mac computers
