I have been using and hapily paying for Core Tunnel for years but today my license expired so I purchased another year, but every time I enter it, the screen dismisses with no error and no acknowledgment but I still can't use the service and am now losing productivity.
Please Help.

I'm sorry about the issue, but I couldn’t reproduce the issue :frowning:

And here is a coupon code for a 1-year premium license, which you can use it to redeem from Codinn Store.

Note: the coupon code is your email address.

Please add the coupon code when you checkout 1-year premium license on Codinn Store, the total fee should be free.

Then try activating the license again.

Hello I have exactly the same issue with David, I enter the newly purchased license, but the app remains in basic version, premium features not unlocked.

I just made a new release (version 3.10.9), could you please upgrade the app and try entering the license again?

I can confirm, after upgrading to new release, I was able to activate premium with the original issued license.
