Is it possible to use Core Tunnel to pass traffic through a Tailscale node?

I have a large TailScale network.

Is it possible to use Core Tunnel to pass HTTP traffic through an SSH connection to a Tailscale node to hit a web server on the local network of the Tailscale node?

Core Tunnel can connect, but fails to connect when Local Port Forwarding is defined.
