Include the "name" in the password modal dialog

One additional request while you are at it:

Please include the "name" field ( { "hosts": { ... { ... "name": "____" ...} ...} in the exported config) in the modal dialog that prompts for password. As it is the user cannot tell which tunnel config needs the password. In my case just knowing user/host is not enough.
