Field for Jumphost SSH Port Number

Hi Coreshell-Team,

please can you add a Field for Jumphost for the "SSH Port Number", because the SSH Daemon is something reachable via non standard SSH port as well.

The "Proxy Jump" option corresponds to the ProxyJump directive of ssh_config, so the specification of the directive applies to "Proxy Jump" option:

Specifies one or more jump proxies as either [user@]host[:port] or an ssh URI. Multiple proxies may be separated by comma characters and will be visited sequentially.
