Failed connection when try a Telnet (p:23) session

When I try a "port 23" session I got the the following messages:

NOTES:
.- I set in the "host general setting" in the "user" field: admin.
.- When I try with another telnet client, it works.

Is there any parameter that I have to set in settings to make it work ?

Armando, Core Shell does not support Telnet protocol at this moment.
