I am trying to find the EULA for Core Tunnel. Could someone direct me to the correct page or send me the license agreement?

Hi, Core Tunnel uses Apple’s Standard License Agreement, which applies to apps published on App Store by default, and you can read it from here:

Hi Yang.Y, those Terms/STDEULA makes several references to "Usage Rules." do you have a copy of those Usage Rules for me to review?
