Whenever I attempt to create a new Terminal Profile or duplicate the existing Terminal Profile the app creates. Version 3.10.9.
This is happening to me too
It also crashes when attempting to edit the default terminal profile
Having both issues and I think waiting 2 months for a fix is long enough. Any update on this dev?
M4 Mini Tahoe 26.1
Version: 3.10.9 (E801C)
Release Date: 2025-08-18
- yes, 3.10.9 crashes on an M1 and M4 on creatintg a new local profile.
- Duplicating a profile disables the mouse actions on the tab windows (keyboard control still possible)
- Editing a profile prohibits to edit the settings on other property tabs the the first one (general)
- Editng the default profiles (meanign trying to - just right click and select edit) crashes the app too
Use what you have is ok, but somehow it renders the app useless if you need to adjust your settings. Really time for a fix now !!!
Thank you
@Yang: some crash reports, if that helps.
click on NewLocal Profile.txt (52.9 KB)
right click on default "Basic" Profile and select edit.txt (48.7 KB)
Sorry for the long wait, I believe this issue has been fixed in latest Beta version, which was just released.
Could you try the latest beta version?
Kind Regards,
Yang
@yang Hi After updating to the beta version, it loaded an old connection profile. I had to roll back the update. How can I make sure it loads my current profile instead?

Where did you download the Core Shell you’re currently using? If you downloaded it from the App Store, you’ll need to install the Beta version via TestFlight.
