I have tried doing logout and login in many times but no matter how many tries I tried it doesn't work.
Also, I have tried the application uninstalling and installing back again.
The error keeps saying
"Please sign out and sign back into your Setapp account before you try again (error code: -412001)."
The issue seemed relate with Setapp, I have pass on the issue to Setapp supporting team, will update this thread as soon as I receive response.

I have also reached the SetApp support team, They have reset the activation cache for my account. Now the problem is solved.
