I have tried doing logout and login in many times but no matter how many tries I tried it doesn't work.
Also, I have tried the application uninstalling (core shell and Setapp) and installing back again.
Please help.
I passed issue to Setapp, and they confirmed that this is a Setapp issue, please contact Setapp support team:
412001 is an error related to the inability to read the MAC address of the wireless module. Please ask them to contact support@setapp.com, our support should help.
